Home workouts are the way to go, but some help on what to do, and how to do it, make things better.
Having a quick easy system to follow will hugely improve the quality of your home training.
I have created a whole set of simple training cards that you can use any where.
The home training cards have a three colour system.
The RED cards are UPPER body, chest and back and arms.
The BLACK cards are CORE focusing on the four main areas of the abdominals and the lower back.
The GREEN cards are… you got it the LOWER body, legs, glutes, calves and as we have to work heart and lungs the CARDIO element is included here.
