Starting you off with what looks like the hardest of all Push Ups ever, but if you can manage a few normal push ups – watch how I place my hands and feet and for sure you will get this!
It is a real confidence booster to do a couple of these in your workout.
Push ups are one of the best upper body exercises, all we have to do is change the position of our hands or feet.
